Family Hub collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and profile information. We also collect data you create within the app such as tasks, events, grocery lists, and family posts.

We use your information to provide and improve the Family Hub service, including managing your family groups, sending notifications about tasks and events, and enabling collaboration with family members.
3. Data Sharing
Your information is shared only with members of the family groups you belong to. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery).
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use secure connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.
5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for task reminders, event updates, and family activity. You can manage notification preferences in your profile settings or disable them through your device settings.
6. Photos and Camera
Family Hub may request access to your camera and photo library to allow you to attach images to tasks, events, and posts. Photos are uploaded securely and shared only within your family groups.
7. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through the app. You can delete your account from the Profile screen, which will permanently remove all your personal data.
8. Children's Privacy
Family Hub is designed for family use and may include children as family members. Children's accounts are managed by parent or admin family members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
