1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Family Hub, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Family Hub is a family organization application that provides tools for task management, event scheduling, grocery list sharing, and family communication. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Family Groups
Family groups are created and managed by administrators. By joining a family group, you agree to share your profile information and activity within that group with other members. Administrators can manage member roles and permissions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within Family Hub (tasks, events, posts, images). By uploading content, you grant Family Hub a license to store, display, and share that content with your family group members.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Family Hub for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to compromise the security of the service.
7. Notifications
Family Hub may send push notifications for task reminders, event updates, and family activity. You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings or within the app.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed. Family administrators may also remove members from their family groups.
9. Limitation of Liability
Family Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Family Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
